Joan L. Davidson is an award winning artist who works in oils, watercolors and mixed media.  Her work has been exhibited in NYC at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Queens and Bronx Museum, Sotheby Galleries, Berkshire Museum (one woman show) and in galleries in Cape Cod, MA and Boca Raton and Sarasota Fl.  In her role as Art Educator, she taught students K-College.  She is the President of the NYS Art Teachers Association and Past President of the Becket Arts Center, Becket MA.   As she works, she thinks about music and dance and how the variety of rhythms, movements and sounds are woven throughout the composition and how the forms, lines and colors dance within the canvas and speaks for her.
