By bidding in Halo Arts Project’s silent auctions, each bidder agrees to these action rules:
- All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds unless otherwise noted. All items are “as is”. Halo has attempted to describe and catalog items correctly, but neither warrants nor represents and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of the descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance or condition of the items. No statement made here, or made orally at the auction or elsewhere, shall be deemed such as a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.
- Items have not been appraised. Please consult your tax advisor to clarify the amount of your deduction.
- Payment for items purchased must be made in full on the night of the auction. In the Virtual Auction, Halo Arts Project accepts MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover. In the Silent Auction payments must be made to the cashier. Halo Arts Project accepts in person, Checks made to Halo Arts Project, Cash, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or Discover.
- Halo Arts Project reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the auction.
